SPECIAL ORDER JEWELRY
Your ideas for a custom designed jewelry piece are welcomed.
Special order jewelry is completed with the following process...
Step 1
Contact me: Email-
e_maries@custombeadjewelry4u2c.com or Phone- (317) 366-7395 so that we can discuss your ideas and establish a clear understanding of what you expect. (email photos are helpful)
A Style Survey is completed.
Step 2
Price quote will be given after obtaining the following information: jewelry design, materials costs, labor required and expected delivery date.
Note: Custom sizing for fit is covered by your quoted price.
Step 3
Custom bead work agreement- confirming price quote specifications.
Step 4
A non-refundable payment- 50% of the total payment must be received by me before any supplies are ordered and any work begins. The balance is due when the piece is finished and ready for delivery.
Step 5
When your custom jewelry is finished I will contact you via e-mail and or telephone.
The email will include a photo of the finished piece for a final review.
Upon receiving the final payment, the order will be delivered.

Additional charges are required for redesigning a finished piece.
Reworking the design will incur additional charges for materials, labor and shipping
(if applicable).
Please Note:
Special order jewelry is non-refundable due to the nature of the sale and the labor required to finish the custom design which includes size and material specifics used for made to order items.
