Rest assured that a broken beaded necklace, bracelet or earrings
can be repaired most often than not...
It is important to collect all the beads and broken parts into a plastic zip lock bag. Beaded jewelry can be restored to its original condition if all or most of the beads and parts are saved.
If available, a photograph of the jewelry is desired.
Knowing what caused the break is helpful: examples- a broken catch, a broken strand or chain and any excessive pulling force.
Repair costs will vary depending on materials needed to repair and or replace what is broken and missing.
A cost estimate can be given upon my review of the jewelry item and the repair request placed by email or telephone.
When repair is not possible-- jewelry can be re-worked into a new design!!
Please Note: Postage for repair items in transit to and from repair must be paid for by the customer. Ship with delivery confirmation and insurance to protect your jewelry.
