CUSTOM APPAREL
Your ideas for a custom designed garment are welcomed. Custom apparel is
completed with the following process...
Step 1
so that we can discuss your ideas and establish a clear understanding of what you expect. (email photos are helpful) A Style Survey is completed.
Step 2
Price quote will be given after obtaining the following information: garment design pattern, materials costs, labor costs required and expected delivery date.
Note: Custom sizing for fit is covered by your quoted price for garment construction.
Accurate body measurements are required for correct fit and must be submitted in order to have a custom garment made.
Step 3
Custom apparel work agreement- confirming price quote specifications and
Step 4
A non-refundable payment- 50% of the total labor cost must be received by me before any work begins. The remaining balance of the labor cost is due when the garment is finished and ready for delivery.
Step 5
As garment construction proceeds, I will contact you as needed with any information or questions regarding your garment via email and / or telephone.
When your custom garment is finished I will contact you via email and / or telephone.
The email will include a photo of the finished piece for final review and fitting appointment.
Upon receiving the final payment, your order is ready for delivery.
*** If in the future you want alterations made on your custom garment,
please be aware- additional charges are required for changing the finished piece.
The additional charges cover materials, labor and shipping (if applicable).
Please Note:
Custom apparel is non-refundable due to the nature of the sale and the labor required to finish the custom design which includes size and material specifics used for made to order items.
